Product Overview
Light Weight Silica Brick is made of quartz stone material, the content of SiO2 is approximately 91% and it has good resistance to acid slag and low heat conductivity. SiO2 has different types of crystals under different temperatures and the transforms between the crystals will cause the changes of the structure and density. So there is a close contact between the changes of SiO2 crystals with the performance and usage of silica bricks.

Application
It is widely used in the partition wall of carbonization chamber, firing chamber of coke oven, heat regenerator chamber of steelmaking open hearth furnace, slag pocket, soaking pit furnace, glass melting furnace, arch crown and other weight bearing area of ceramic kilns.
