Alkali Resistant Refractory Castable

Alkali resistant refractory castables refer to hydraulic castables with alkali resistance, which are made by using refractory clay clinker and other silicon aluminum materials as aggregates and powders, aluminate cement as binders, and adding appropriate additives.

It is mainly used as refractory and alkali resistant lining for certain parts of kilns with alkali erosion. For example, cement kiln preheater system, pipeline system, and dry rotary kiln barrel tail. It can also be used as lining for various kilns without alkali erosion. Premium products can also be used in areas with high strength and wear resistance requirements.
